Bend’s Home Energy Score Policy
The Home Energy Score will provide information about better energy efficiency and meeting local rating requirements if you plan on updating, selling, or purchasing a home.
Real Estate Brokers
Prepare ahead by getting the Home Energy Score before the market listing of the property. The HES score will provide transparency of the house’s energy efficiency and meet the local policy requirements.
The Home Energy Score can help you highlight your new construction or newly renovated home’s energy assets. If you are selling, the rating will help inform your clients about better energy efficiency and meet local HES requirements.
